So tired...
This semester has been tough so far... Lots of things were and are still going on, some things have been accomplished (Doctoral Candidate, yes!!!), and some things are driving me nuts!!! Because of one, um, crazy project, I can't concentrate on anything else. As a result, I haven't made as much progress on my prospectus as planned, gained some definitely unwanted weight, and just want this thing to be over!

Waiting...
Waiting seems to be my theme for the year. I waited for my prelims -- and passed, yeah! I am officially a doctoral candidate! What a relief! Now I am waiting for the final approval of our mortgage -- maybe next week, I hope? And I am waiting for the special person to come home -- next week, yeah!
So much has been going on and so much is going on; I am dying to blog it all but there are too many personal details and I don't have energy/time to share w/out exposing what I should not...
