Suspend or not suspend???

I would say, suspension was reasonable in this case. Although the mixture is harmless, the idea behind this "learning activity" is definitely not. I just wish there was a direct way to punish parents, not kids. Where else did these kids learn to mix "happy crack"?

It's scary that one of board members actually agrees with parents and finds nothing wrong with imitating drug distribution at school. Am I too conservative???
