Tomato-Basil Pork Ribs w/Sauteed Mushrooms
I bought a package of lean pork ribs on the way home tonight, marinated them in tomato-basil dressing, and grilled until done. Enjoyed them with sauteed mushrooms and lettuce salad. Yummy! :)
