My office hours don't start until 4:00 p.m. so I spent the entire morning in my "outdoor office" (want to see it?) at home.
Ahhhh, the air is so fresh... My on-campus office does not have windows so spending time outdoors is pure luxury. Add a cup of good coffee and laptop and it's a total bliss...
Did accomplish quite a lot: finished grading papers that have been submitted so far, cleared my mailbox, and balanced my checkbook. Now I need to get in a writing mood and finish two research proposals that have been on my mind for a long time now but never could claim a priority spot in my very hectic schedule. Both are pretty sound proposals, I think, and just need some polishing.
Teaching one student at a time... Making one yummy treat at a time... Struggling with life... Having Fun!!!
